Lumpti uses cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. Once the cart is considered abandoned, we may send an email as a reminder.

Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt.
